It was cold and rained slush today — every time I tried to go outside and get to work pruning hail pelted me. So not much got done yesterday. Finished pruning the big overgrown pluot out front — we really scalped it, so I’m interested to see how it responds this spring and summer.
Noticed baby mugwort sprouting from underneath the brush near the pond. The signs of spring are steadily arriving, despite the cold and snow.
